below industry average rates

Same equipment, same IICRC drying standards, same reporting your insurer expects. We simply run leaner and pass it on.

No fixed-price guesswork, you pay for what is actually done
Equipment removed the day readings hit target
No after-hours surprise loading you were not told about

About 99% of the jobs we do are paid by insurance, not by you.

Water damage is an insurable event under most home, contents, building and strata policies. Once the job goes past your excess, the rest is the insurer’s problem, not yours. We prepare the report, the readings, the photos and the invoices, and we deal with the insurer directly so you never have to argue a line item.

What you actually pay in a claim
1Your excess, typically $500 to $1,000 depending on your policy.
2Anything your policy specifically excludes, which we flag before we start.
3That is it. The rest is invoiced to the insurer on 30 day terms.

What you will actually pay
{{ excessLabel }} *

On an approved insurance claim, your excess is the whole of your out of pocket cost. Around 99% of our jobs are covered, and the invoice goes to your insurer on 30 day terms, not to you.

* Your excess is set by your policy, not by us, and it varies a lot. We see anything from $0 to $2,000 or more. Where a job needs two claims, one on contents and one on the building or strata policy, each has its own excess, so you may pay both. Set the slider to your actual excess for a realistic figure, and check your policy schedule if you are not sure.

*Based on the excess you entered. Your real excess is set by your policy and varies, and a job that needs both a contents claim and a building or strata claim carries an excess on each. Estimates exclude GST until the total line, and assume a standard residential job with no removal, disposal or invasive works. Rural travel, generator hire and specialist trades are quoted separately at the rates below.
